Client Definition in Embroidery World
In Embroidery World, the word client will be used instead of customer. What is the difference between two words? There is a lot of difference. In The Webster s Dictionary definition of these two seeming identical words is:
Customer : One who purchases a commodity or service.
Client : One who is under the protection of another.
The difference in the meaning is massive. And there is a massive difference in the way a person who does business with Embroidery World, could or should be treated.
What exactly does under Embroidery World’s protection mean? In this case it means that Embroidery World does not sell people a product or service just so Embroidery World can make the largest one-time profit possible.
Instead, Embroidery World will understand and appreciate exactly what our clients need when they do business with us — even if they are unable to articulate that exact result themselves.
Once Embroidery World know what final outcome they need, Embroidery World will lead them to that outcome, so that Embroidery World become a trusted advisor who protects them, and in the process, our client will remain with us for a lifetime.
